We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our housekeeping team as a Houseman at our family-owned boutique hotel.
Housemen's duties include assisting Housekeeping with stripping rooms, cleaning, removing trash from guest rooms and public spaces, and vacuuming and mopping public spaces throughout the hotel.
Additional duties may be discussed in the interview, based on the applicants' experience, availability, and interest, there may be opportunities to assist with Bellhop service, the Seasonal Beach Shuttle, and assisting Housekeeping with the nightly evening Turndown service.
- Greet guests and assist them with check-in, check-out, and any other requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Provide excellent guest relations by responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns.
- Assist with luggage handling and assist guests with special needs.
We are looking for a Houseman with experience in a hospitality environment or guest service. Prior experience with hotels or housekeeping is highly desirable. Bilingualism or multilingualism is an asset for this role.
This is a Year-round position
This is an hourly position, with wage to be discussed in the interview.
