This is a
working supervisor position, which means you'll be cleaning resident apartments and common areas while also overseeing the quality and consistency of work done by the housekeeping team. Our department is small, so we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and hold others accountable with kindness and clarity.- Clean resident apartments and common areas to meet community standards
- Ensure team members are completing their assigned duties thoroughly and on time
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff
- Monitor supply inventory and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Support a positive, respectful work environment aligned with our values of service, integrity, inspiration, and joy
- Previous housekeeping experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Some leadership or supervisory experience
- A strong work ethic, eye for detail, and a heart for serving others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable giving direction and holding others accountable
