POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible to provide housekeeping and high level of cleanliness to General Office, Harrison Shop, Service Center and Hanger.

Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms and stockrooms

Clean all areas of the General Office facilities, including but not limited to, private offices, department work spaces, halls, entry ways and out buildings

Track usage and inventory of supplies

Order supplies and disperse among supply areas

Stock restroom and breakroom consumables

Operate various floor equipment to maintain a variety of floor surfaces

Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Perform other duties as required

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  
• Must be professional in interaction with customers and coworkers
  
• Ability to adapt to ever-changing processes and procedures and follow strict cleaning & disinfecting instructions and guidelines
  
• Must be self-motivated and able to make independent decisions
  
• Must be team oriented and be able to handle conflict professionally
  
• Good organizational, interpersonal and time management skills with ability to multi-task
  
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to bend, twist, squat and pull/push housekeeping equipment throughout shift
  
• Valid driver�s license may be required depending on work assignment
  
• Able to follow instructions and complete required training
  
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
  

• Must be able to stand or walk for eight hours and do light lifting (such as stock and/or backpack vacuums-20 to 50 lbs) consistently
  
• Exposure to climate conditions of the geographic area
  
• Exposure to hot and cold soapy water, chemicals, dust, tobacco waste or other irritants
