The Head Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that a well-trained staff provides clean rooms to guests. The essential functions of this position, but not limited to are as follows: training the procedures and techniques required for room cleaning, laundry service, breakfast serving duties and leading housekeeping personnel; providing clean guest rooms along with public areas; displaying good communication skills among team members while also performing basic math calculations when necessary. Additionally, they must assist in taking inventory of supplies that will be used by their fellow employees across various jobs such as removing items from stockrooms or ordering all needed products on time according to our company policies/procedures around safety & security protocols enforced at each location under management supervision (upon approval).
