We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. This role ensures that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Housekeepers play a vital role in creating a positive experience for hotel guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and mini-bar items.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
- Assist in laundry services when needed.
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and supplies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
