The Suites Rio Vista is an Eduro Healthcare LLC facility, conveniently located directly across the street from Rust Medical Center and on the border of both Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Built in 2015 we have a beautiful 132 bed facility for both skilled and long term care. We are a short drive from UNM Sandoval and easily accessible from Paseo Del Norte and Unser Blvd.

Some responsibilities include:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  
• Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of all surfaces.
  
• Execute commercial cleaning duties with attention to detail and thoroughness, focusing on high-touch areas and communal spaces.
  
• Apply industrial cleaning skills to address specific needs within the facility, such as rust removal and maintenance of equipment.
  
• Contribute to facilities maintenance by promptly reporting any repair or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  
• Utilize porter experience to assist with the upkeep of the premises, including waste removal and recycling efforts.
  
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to support ongoing upkeep and repairs as needed.
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment for all occupants.
  

Must be able to work weekends.
