We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service, making it essential for candidates to possess strong housekeeping skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to client preferences.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by being courteous and respectful in all interactions.
- No experience necessary, we provide a two week training program to ensure you know how to clean the TCA way. Past house cleaner experience is a bonus.
- Great attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing special attention.
- Ability to commute to Hudson, WI.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently without direct supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require light lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
