HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

JFNTMP

To provide customer service in HR working with the Talent Acquisition team.

Working the front desk, answering a multi-line phone, routing phone calls appropriately, completing the federal Form I-9 for newly hired and rehired employees. Additional duties include filing, shredding, customer service, imaging documents, data entry and copying along with any other office duties that our HR Department may need.

Education

: High School Diploma or GED. Business/HR majors preferred but not required

Experience

: Some customer service experience

Demonstrated high level of attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to alphabetize and file

High level of customer service

Experience with forms, and documents

Experience routing a high volume of phone calls

Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in an office

Demonstrated high level practicing confidentiality
