We are a well-known hotel looking for a reliable and skilled
Handyman to help keep our property in great shape. This is a full-time position at a medium-sized hotel. If you have basic repair skills and take pride in fixing things, we’d love to meet you.- Fix small issues in guest rooms, such as plumbing, lights, TVs, locks, and AC units
- Help maintain common areas like hallways, lobby, and bathrooms
- Do small painting, drywall patching, and furniture repairs
- Check and fix hotel equipment, like ice machines or washers/dryers
- Perform routine checks on safety systems (exit signs, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Keep maintenance tools and work areas clean and organized
- Help with outside upkeep like trash pickup or light landscaping
- Maintain outdoor pool cleanliness and chemicals
- Some experience in general repairs or maintenance work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is a plus
- Someone dependable and ready to work with a small team
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders when needed
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
