We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort.
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and managing takeout orders as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area and host station.
- Support guest relations efforts by providing information about the restaurant's offerings and services.
- Building a relationship with our regulars is important.
- Previous Host/Host experience is preferred, with a strong background in food service or restaurant environments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST is preferred but easily taught.
- Experience in hotel settings or guest services is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent guest relations.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
