- Master of Seating Flow: Manage waitlists, table rotations, and seating assignments like a pro to ensure an efficient, balanced service for our team.
- Restaurant Navigator: Know the ins and outs of the floor plan to optimize guest seating and reduce wait times.
- Reservation Rockstar: Manage in-person, phone, and online reservations with confidence and accuracy.
- Keep It Clean & Classy: Maintain a tidy and inviting entrance, host stand, and waiting area.
- Guest Guru: Answer questions about our made-from-scratch menu, cocktails, specials, and live music events.
- Problem Solver: Handle guest concerns with calm professionalism-always with the guest experience in mind.
- Team Connector: Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep things flowing smoothly.

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus-but we�re happy to train the right person!
