We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Busser to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Host/Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and assist both guests and staff will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for new patrons.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests for assistance or information.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with guests over the phone.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
