First Honda of Simi Valley, part of the First Automotive Group, is growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive our award-winning service department forward.- Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians
- Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations
- Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance - and sell with integrity
- Provide timely updates to customers on service status
- Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required)
- Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ADP software (preferred)
- Professional appearance, work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
- Valid Driver�s License with a clean driving and background record
- At least 3 years of stable work history in a customer-facing role
