We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
- Provide health care services in patients residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Maintain patients documents (time sheets)provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises according to care plan
- Provide companionship
- Proven experience as home health aide for a year or longer, Active CNA or STNA
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Caring and compassionate personality
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
