We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated
Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in providing top-quality, in-home care to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor�s appointments, walks, etc.).
- Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
- Certified HHA or equivalent training (as required by state regulations).
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
