Moonlight Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide to provide in-home support to clients in the Warren region and surrounding areas. This flexible, part-time position is ideal for someone who values dignity, safety, and personal connection in caregiving.
As an HHA, you'll support clients in their daily routines, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes.
- Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Perform light housekeeping and basic meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Observe and report any changes in clients� physical or emotional condition
- Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful home environment
- Travel regularly to client homes throughout Warren and surrounding counties
- Passionate about providing high-quality personal care
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
- Reliable, empathetic, and respectful in all client interactions
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Able to follow care plans and report concerns promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver�s license and reliable vehicle (daily travel required)
- HHA, PCA, or CNA certification preferred
- Previous experience in home health or personal care services preferred
- Must pass background checks, drug screening, and complete required training
- Basic tech skills and comfort with mobile communication tools a plus
