Duties include filing and retrieving patient records in a timely manner, maintains the clinic fax work que/fax machine as needed, scanning incoming faxes into Epic and releasing records in a timely manner when requested.
High School Diploma or GED required with preferred healthcare experience, faxing and excel experience. Role is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Location is within the Clay County Hospital HIM department.
