Certified Social Studies Teacher with strong content knowledge, enthusiasm for mathematics, and a passion for teaching adolescents. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships, engages students in problem-solving, and inspires a growth mindset through dynamic instruction.- Bachelor�s degree from an accredited university
- Valid Florida Social Studies or Social Science 6-12 Certification
- 3+ years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Deep understanding of math pedagogy and student-centered instruction
- Skilled in classroom management and differentiated instruction
- Collaborative, dependable, and mission-driven
- Plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction for grades 9-12, following Florida B.E.S.T. Standards
- Create a classroom culture that values perseverance, critical thinking, and respect
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress
- Provide targeted interventions and enrichments based on data
- Collaborate with colleagues and instructional leaders to plan, reflect, and grow
- Communicate regularly with families to build strong partnerships
- Participate in school events, team planning, and ongoing professional development

- Education: Bachelor�s in Education, or related field
- Experience: 3 years preferred in social studies/social science instruction
- Certification: Florida Social Studies or Social Science 6-12 Certification (Required)
