Heavy Equipment Operator

Crusher operators highly desired, as well as, CDL drivers!!!

Brutill Construction Inc out of Casper, WY is currently interviewing for EXPERIENCED ONLY excavator, motor grader, dozer, and loader operators. We are looking for multi-talented individuals who know how to efficiently operate the majority of equipment listed above. Experts in precision dirt work and water/sewer utility installs are HIGHLY desired, as well as, applicants that are knowledgeable operating CRUSHERS. Some of our crews work out of town at various times; they are home on the weekends and jobs usually run a month or two at a time.

We offer an IRA retirement savings plan , life insurance, supplemental insurance, (major medical vision and dental insurance; starting 11/1/25). We provide PTO and weather delay pay. Daily PER DIEM if you work on our short-term, out-of-town mobile crushing crew. Pay range in this ad, is based on the levels and depth of an applicants experience and it will be a starting pay for the initial 90 day review term.
