Our
fast-paced pediatric office is seeking an energetic individual to join our front desk team to support 9 providers and over 5000 patients. We are looking for someone who has a great phone presence, enjoys helping others, and who excels at multitasking.Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:00-9:00 pm. Ideal candidate can also help cover daytime hours when needed due to other staff utilizing PTO, etc.
- Pleasantly greet patients and determine purpose of visit
- Collect registration forms, verify insurance information and update any new information
- Schedule patients based on predetermined appointment arrangements
- Prepare patient charts prior to appointment
- Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system, respond to inquiries and relay messages to appropriate party
- Maintain clean and organized patient waiting area
- Someone who is professional, passionate, and positive.
- Have several years of experience providing excellent customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and articulate verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform detailed work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
