Job Summary


We are seeking a results-oriented

Head of Performance Marketing / Director of Paid Media to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategy across all primary channels - including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. This senior role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performance team, driving down acquisition costs while increasing qualified leads and revenue, and optimizing full-funnel performance across digital touchpoints.


The ideal candidate combines deep channel expertise with data analysis, creative testing, budget forecasting, and leadership ability to drive rapid and sustainable growth.


Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership


  • Define and execute the multi-channel performance marketing strategy.
  • Own the paid media roadmap and forecast budget allocation by channel and campaign type.
  • Align closely with sales, content, and analytics teams to ensure full-funnel alignment (TOFU to BOFU).
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of media buyers, analysts, and creative collaborators.


Campaign Execution & Optimization


  • Oversee and scale campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Posts, Message Ads)
  • TikTok Ads, Native Programmatic, Spotify (as needed)
  • Ensure accurate tracking via GTM, Meta Pixel, UTM tagging, CRM integrations.
  • Manage ROAS, CAC, CPL, and LTV targets across all platforms.
  • Run continuous A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audiences.


Data & Analytics


  • Define KPIs and create reporting dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Monitor conversion funnels, attribution models, and cohort performance.
  • Report directly to CMO/CEO on paid performance, wins, blockers, and ROI.


Qualifications


  • 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record scaling paid media budgets $100K+ monthly with ROI-positive results.
  • Deep understanding of ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing in-house teams or agencies.
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL basics a plus).
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred (not required).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.


Preferred Experience


  • Industry background in healthcare, legal services, fintech, SaaS, or multi-location businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRO, UX testing tools, and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of privacy-first tracking (cookieless future, iOS14+, etc.).
  • Experience in lead generation environments, not just e-commerce.
