We are seeking a results-oriented
Head of Performance Marketing / Director of Paid Media to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategy across all primary channels - including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. This senior role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performance team, driving down acquisition costs while increasing qualified leads and revenue, and optimizing full-funnel performance across digital touchpoints.The ideal candidate combines deep channel expertise with data analysis, creative testing, budget forecasting, and leadership ability to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
