Responsibilities include, but are not limited to food preparation, cooking, serving and assisting with feeding for a 16-bed assisted living memory care facility. You are responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and dining room. You must order all necessary food and supplies and pick up items that can't be delivered. You supervise one other cook and report directly to administrator. You must have all necessary certifications that meet Putnam county health department regulations. You must have experience in cooking in a healthcare or educational environment.
