We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Hardscape Foreman to join our team.The Hardscape Foreman is responsible for leading the installation and management of hardscape projects. This includes a full understanding of plan reading and design implementation with precision and efficiency. The role requires coordinating workflow, materials, and equipment; communicating daily production goals to your team and management; and ensuring projects are completed efficiently without compromising quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work environment for clients throughout the duration of the project.
- Lead and manage hardscape projects with minimal supervision.
- Read and implement landscape plans and designs with precision.
- Coordinate the daily workflow, materials, and equipment on-site.
- Communicate project goals and progress to personnel and management.
- Ensure the project site is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Hardscape Foreman.
- Proven experience with plan reading and design implementation.
- Strong understanding of elevations and grades.
- Knowledge of paver and wall-building systems from manufacturers like Nitterhouse, Belgard, and Nicolock is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy materials regularly.
