• Perform hair styling, cutting, and coloring services

```Requirements```

• Valid cosmetology license
  
• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
  
• Strong knowledge of color theory and hair care products
  
• Proficiency in using salon software (e.g., SQUARE) for scheduling and inventory management
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in the salon industry
  
• Experience with retail sales and upselling products to clients
  
• Familiarity with store management procedures is a plus

MINT is a leasing salon however we like to work as a team and collaborate together. This creates a friendly, non competitive environment. We have an upbeat, experienced and great team to work with in Ballard. Fun co-workers, and friends outside of the salon too.

MINT does hands on/crafty experiences together as a group outside of the salon, as well as continuing education 2-4 times a year. Mint offers a sliding scale commission on retail products sold.

MINT has a large clientele, and a steady stream of new clients that will fill your books, plenty of opportunity to build a strong clientele.

MINT is located close to a bus line, paid street parking, as well as a parking lot next door, plus some free all day parking in the neighborhood.
