Guest Services Specialist is responsible for the following:* Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community- Must possess advanced computer skills
- Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.
- Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
- Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.
