Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will encompass front desk operations, guest relations, and providing a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality. Our guests are number one here and we need someone on our team that has the same mentality when it comes to every single guest. Doesn't matter if they are here for one night or one year. We treat every guest the way we would want to be treated.

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  
• Check in guests as they arrive.
  
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  
• Process reservations and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  
• Handle cash and make cash drops at the end of your shift.
  
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  
• Clean and stock items in the cupboard as well as the front desk, lobby, and bathrooms.
  
• Use computer and Windows based programs daily.
  

• Previous experience with hospitality front desk is strongly preferred.
  
• Strong customer service skills is a must.
  
• Listening and understanding is a must.
  
• Willingness to learn this hotel's processes is a must.
  
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  
• Familiarity with front desk operations is preferred
  
• Proficient phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems is a must
  
• Customer service experience is required.
  
• Fast learner is very much preferred
  
• Ability to work Sat-Wed from 2 pm to 10 pm is a MUST and Requirement.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
