From converting first-time guests into lifelong members to being a key driver of our center's performance. You’ll provide expert front desk, guest service, and sales support in a spa-like environment focused on skincare and wellness. You will use your communication skills and sales mindset to keep the front desk running like clockwork, and helping our guests discover the full value of our services, products, and packages.

What You’ll Do as a Guest Sales Associate

At EWC Growth, every detail matters, from the moment a guest walks in to the moment they strut out. As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll be the front-line expert in creating smooth experiences (and even smoother guest journeys).

You will:

• Welcome every guest with professionalism and warmth, creating a polished and seamless check-in and check-out experience
  
• Manage the front desk flow, including guest reservations, walk-ins, reschedules, and cancellations with efficiency and grace
  
• Educate guests on our services, promotions, and Wax Pass packages, helping them discover the full value of what we offer
  
• Promote and sell skincare retail products tailored to each guest�s beauty and self-care goals
  
• Keep the lobby, restrooms, and front desk sparkling and organized to reflect the EWC brand standards
  
• Collaborate with Wax Specialists and leadership to maintain smooth operations and maximize daily service flow
  
• Stay informed on current promotions and center goals, helping convert first-time visitors into long-term loyal guests
  
• Process payments, refunds, and guest communications with accuracy and professionalism
  
• Support local marketing and awareness efforts by sharing our mission in the community when needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking confident, sales-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about beauty and skincare and take pride in creating smooth, seamless experiences for every guest.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales, retail, spa, or other guest-facing role
  
• A strong understanding of how to convert first-time guests into loyal clients through education and relationship-building
  
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  
• Comfort with multitasking: managing check-ins, appointments, payments, and guest needs with efficiency
  
• Clear and professional communication skills, both with guests and team members
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  
• A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and helping people look and feel their best
  
• Drive to contribute to a high-performance culture with accountability and positivity
  
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company by embracing coaching and feedback
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
