The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. We’re looking for a
GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond.- Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum
- Assist in observing and assessing children�s development using approved tools
- Help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Participate in family engagement activities, staff meetings, and required professional development
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements
- Team player with a passion for early childhood education
