Lead teachers are responsible for program planning and development work with instructional team to design daily nature-based, developmentally appropriate preschool lessons/units of study guided by mission, principles, Creative Curriculum, and practices for quality early childhood programs. You will design and implement an outdoor learning environment where child-led play is the focus. Be able to identify curriculum resources. Must design and set up classroom space based on guidelines for program evaluation through Great Start to Quality and Great Start Readiness Program’s (GSRP) Program Quality Assessment (PQA). Collect and analyze assessment data (Teaching Strategies GOLD) to measure/facilitate student growth and improve program quality.


Must have a valid bachelor's degree in early childhood education and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Pay: $35,200.00 - $40,000.00 per year
