- Design digital and print materials including digital ads, flyers, billboards, brochures, logos, brand kits, and other marketing materials
- Prepare and deliver final files for print and digital production
- Price and submit print orders
- Perform routine updates and maintenance on client websites
- Create and edit website content, graphics, and page layouts as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor website issues and coordinate with developers on larger technical fixes
- Ensure all design and web work aligns with brand standards and client goals
- Collaborate with account managers, content creators, and the leadership team on project deliverables
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, best practices, and digital marketing tools
- Perform regular quality checks to confirm all website content is accurate and functional
- Proven experience in graphic design and website editing / maintenance
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Creative thinker with a passion for design and a collaborative attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Portfolio of relevant design work
- Experience in a digital marketing agency setting
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles
- Basic SEO knowledge
