Graphic Designer

Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote) | Sandy, UT

As a Graphic Designer at Epic, you’ll collaborate with our sales, marketing, and creative teams to bring brand stories to life through thoughtful, eye-catching design. From digital campaigns and social content to print collateral, video graphics, and presentations you’ll help shape how brands show up in the world. You’ll report directly to our Creative Director/Art Director and be part of a design-forward team that believes in the power of curiosity, collaboration, and getting things done with heart.

• Design high-impact visuals across digital, print, and social channels
  
• Concept and execute brand-aligned creative assets, from initial mockups to final production
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client campaigns, proposals, and sales efforts
  
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative direction
  
• Maintain organized file structures and multimedia asset libraries
  
• Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
  
• Work cross-functionally with vendors, printers, and production partners as needed
  
• Handle feedback like a pro and help others elevate their work, too
  

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is a big plus)
  
• Bachelor�s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
  
• Excellent communication and time management skills
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines without losing your cool

• Salary: $40,000-$60,000 DOE
