Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing, with granulation experience
We are seeking a
Manufacturing Operator II - Granulation to join our dynamic team on the 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing, especially granulation, and who thrives in a cGMP-regulated, fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.- Execute granulation and other OSD manufacturing processes per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs
- Dispense raw materials and perform equipment setup, operation, and cleaning
- Perform in-process checks and maintain documentation (SOPs, logbooks, batch records)
- Ensure product quality and yield while minimizing waste and downtime
- Work collaboratively with departments including QA, QC, Packaging, and Engineering
- Follow cGMP and safety procedures, including PPE use
- Participate in troubleshooting and minor maintenance of equipment
- Maintain a clean and compliant work area and assist in equipment calibration
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate�s or technical degree is a plus)
- 1+ years� experience in Oral Solid Dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Must have hands-on granulation experience
- Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, batch documentation, and PPE use
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
