- Load and unload grain trucks and railcars safely and efficiently.
- Operate grain handling equipment such as conveyors, augers, elevators, dryers, and scales.
- Monitor and document grain quality including moisture, temperature, and foreign material.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of grain bins, elevator legs, and surrounding work areas.
- Assist with grain inventory management and recordkeeping.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to grain producers and haulers.
- Previous grain industry experience (preferred).
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and overtime during peak seasons.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for routine maintenance.
- CDL or willingness to obtain.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
