Chemours is seeking a Global Product Manager to join our growing Thermal & Specialized Solutions team. This position will be available at the Wilmington (Hybrid) and report directly to the Senior Director, Global Product Management .
As a Global Product Manager you will own the end-to-end global strategy and execution roadmap for Chemours’ venture-stage liquid-cooling portfolio (e.g., Opteonâ„¢ 2P50, direct to chip solutions, and future variants) targeting AI / high-performance-computing data centers. The role blends classic Global Product Management (GPM) accountability - ensuring the health of the product line today and in the future - with the agility required to scale two-phase direct-to-chip (2PDTC) and two-phase immersion-cooling (2PIC) programs into full commercial businesses.
Design and execute asset-build and supply-chain-partner negotiation strategies.
Establish and monitor operating-rate, yield, and reclaim targets to underpin circularity claims.
Provide quarterly competitive-landscape and price/mix updates to leadership.
Drive SKU simplification and portfolio lifecycle decisions (launch, phase-gate, retire) to maximize asset leverage and working-capital turns.
Coordinate, enable, and drive alignment across a virtual, global cross-functional team-including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, regulatory, EH&S, and marketing-to achieve cost, quality, and timeline objectives, and deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience.
