Position Overview:
Green Street is one of the leading companies in the commercial real estate research, data, and analytics industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management and commission plans, including experience with payroll processes abroad (UK is preferred). As our Payroll Manager, you will also be responsible for all regulatory reporting to federal, state, and local agencies. This position has primary responsibility for directing all aspects of payroll, including ensuring smooth and timely payroll cycles and acting as the primary point of contact for employees’ questions.

Job Responsibilities:
+ Onboarding/offboarding updates, benefit and pay changes, timecard approvals, and one-time payments, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles across all Green Street locations (current and as it expands) using Paylocity and in collaboration with People Operations
+ Reconcile with the general ledger and financial statements, supporting month end close or other audit related questions

In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed
here. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
