We're looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to build strong teams, hit operational goals, and create a culture of accountability and service.
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, and develop team members and shift leaders
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service and food execution
- Monitor and manage labor, food cost, and operating expenses
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Lead from the front-set the tone for performance, service, and professionalism
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent in restaurant or foodservice
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in managing staff, costs, and guest satisfaction
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and P&L
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or business training preferred
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
