Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Flatwoods Marathon day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and overall store sales growth and performance while mainting brand and franchising requirements and obligations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exceptional customer service with strong characteristics in leadership, managing, and working with others.


Responsibilities


  • Communicate with management and employees and actively listen with a professional and polite demeanor, handling sensitive issues with employees and/or customers with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Lead store managers to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals, helping coworkers and developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with other employees.
  • Ensure APEC quality standards are met, including customer service and training. Running on the CASH Formula.
  • Ensure that all mystery shops, brand appearance shops, EcoSure shops, and franchising shops maintain a 95% or better appearance average.
  • Daily reporting and communication with management on day-to-day store operations and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate operations against operating standards for company goals.
  • Running promotional opportunities and events to generate sales and recognition.
  • Solicit and gather all feedback from customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently.
  • Responsible for monitoring the physical property and repairs needed for the store location.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Sanitation.
  • Execute safety program corrective action plans.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures, following company standards and guidelines for personal hygiene (washing hands frequently), cooking and storage.
  • Documentation and Inventory
  • Oversee location inventory management and purchases.
  • Oversee Florida Lottery and proper operations and accounting.
  • Maintain fueling components and equipment. Have an understanding on fuel regulations.
  • Maintain appropriate records and/or documentation necessary for compliance with current regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct mid-month assessments on each store to measure % to goal accuracy and projections
  • Conduct performance meetings with store staff as well as one-on-one accountability meetings, monthly.
  • Analyze location�s financial and operational situations and present strategic plan to supervisor to implement
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Monitoring social media platforms and store manager engagements.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
