We are currently seeking a

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that provides top-tier guest service.
  
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  
• Maintain a strong presence in the restaurant, engaging with guests and staff to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
  
• Manage financial aspects, including sales forecasting, labor costs, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
  
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
  
• Drive local store marketing efforts to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety regulations.
  

• Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (fast-casual or pizza experience preferred).
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage financials, including budgeting, labor control, and inventory management.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively.
  
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
