Location: Southside Indianapolis
We’re seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our bar. This is a full-time leadership role focused on delivering great guest experiences, building a strong team, and maintaining smooth, profitable operations. While we do serve a small selection of food, the primary focus is on bar service, atmosphere, and customer engagement.
Nights and weekends are required, as this role is heavily involved in peak service hours.- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of bartenders, barbacks, and support staff
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service and a welcoming guest environment
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain cost controls and work toward profitability goals
- Handle scheduling, staff performance, and daily shift management
- Ensure compliance with health and alcohol regulations
- Act as a hands-on leader and point of contact during peak business hours
- 3+ years of bar or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Solid understanding of bar operations, inventory, and labor management
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling tools
- Flexible availability - nights and weekends are required
- Must meet local alcohol certification requirements
