Ross Design is currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team on 2nd shift. The role involves performing a variety of tasks, including paint preparation, assembly, manual operations, and material handling. On-the-job training will be provided for specialized tasks and machinery.
- Paint preparation and painting tasks
- Assembly of components
- Manual drill operation and hand grinding
- Material handling
- Perform specialized skilled work (training provided on-site)
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours per day
- 2nd Shift - Hours are from 3:30pm-2:00am
- Ability to lift and handle materials
- Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training for specialized skills
- Able to grind for periods of time
