William Penn Performance Glass is a manufacturer of safety-rated glass and one of the top glass fabricators in the country. We are growing, and looking to expand our team. Our preliminary pay rate is $19.00 for the first 30 days. After successful completion of training, the pay rate increases to $20.00 if attendance is in good standing. Candidates must be detailed oriented with a background in manufacturing. A background in glass manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
Job duties included but are not limited to:
- Running a glass production line
- Handling glass on a daily basis
- Understanding of basic power tools
- Capable of basic maintenance skills
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs routinely
- Open to training in multiple work centers
- Willing and able to learn new skills
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
