General Labor / Production 1st Shift

We are seeking reliable, ambitious, team players for general labor positions to join our growing company. In these positions, you will be responsible for cross-training throughout the facility in multiple areas which includes lifting and operating various machinery. This will allow you to learn and gain valuable knowledge for personal and professional growth with respect to following all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic, positive attitude and attention to detail are essential.

• Assists in the Safety and support of All departments and Company success throughout the facility
  

• Assist with the assembly and the fabrication of structural or sheet metal products and processes.
  

• Lift and stack work in process and finishing product, cutting, grinding, painting, shipping, including task as the job requires.
  

• Produce Quality Shop wide regardless of position or process
  

• Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output
  

• Test output to ensure structural integrity strength and tolerance of welds
  

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
  
• Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
  

• Previous experience in a laborer or similar role preferred
  
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
  
• Basic mechanical and technical knowledge is a plus
  
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
