Job Overview:
Small family-owned construction business is seeking a skilled general construction/ concrete laborer to join our team for work along the front range from Denver to Ft Collins. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks related to concrete work, general construction, and possess a strong work ethic.
Duties:
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, site cleanup, hand digging, material moving, assist with foundation repair, helical pier installation and any associated work.
- Utilize hand tools
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using hand tools for construction tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Capability to work effectively in a team environment
-Must be able to pass background and drug testing depending on project
-Must have reliable transportation to and from project or to company shop. Canidate will have to commute to project locations or company shop depending on job location.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in concrete foundation forming and pouring
- Knowledge of gate or plywood forming systems
- Knowledge of helical piers and foundation repair
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to exciting and unique construction projects repairing and/or replacing concrete foundation on existing building. Will train the right Canidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
