- Rake, edge, mulch, and add soils and amendments to gardens.
- Plant seeds, bulbs, plants, sods, trees, and shrubs in gardens and containers.
- Identify and manage weeds, pests, and diseases.
- Groom, deadhead, cut back, and remove plants as needed.
- Add and maintain plant supports.
- Weed and water garden beds and containers.
- Wash and maintain tools, trucks, and facilities.
- Perform other gardening duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience in farming, gardening, or landscaping.
- Strong knowledge of plant care and gardening techniques.
- Physical stamina, including the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver�s license.
- $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience.
