Incline Village is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their newborn twins, expected to arrive in August. You’ll be joining a collaborative household that already includes a sweet 18-month-old, a trusted full-time nanny, and two communicative, kind parents.This role is ideal for a
Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) or an experienced newborn nanny who thrives in a team environment and wants to make a meaningful impact during a major life transition.Location: Incline Village, NV 89451
Children: Care is primarily for newborn twins; support with the toddler may occasionally be needed
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8-hour days
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability and family needs
- Guaranteed full-time hours (40+/week)
- Minimum 6-month commitment required, with potential to extend
- Attentive, loving care for newborn twins
- Feeding, burping, swaddling, diapering, soothing
- Bottle prep and sterilization
- Following sleep and feeding routines
- Supporting age-appropriate developmental milestones
- Occasional tag-teaming with toddler and existing nanny
- Washing baby laundry and sanitizing bottles/pump parts
- Tidying nursery and resetting common areas
- Light household tasks related to the babies
- Supporting smooth transitions throughout the day
You’re someone who is:
- Experienced with newborns (especially twins or multiple infants)
- Calm, emotionally attuned, and highly reliable
- A clear communicator and confident team player
- Flexible and able to adapt to evolving routines
- Comfortable collaborating with parents and a co-nanny
- Committed to at least 6 months with potential for longer-term placement
- 3+ years of professional infant experience (twins a plus!)
- Strong references from recent childcare roles
- Infant CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Valid driver�s license preferred
- Comfortable in a household with a toddler and other staff
