Joanne Fisher Allstate/Fisher Financial Services is looking to add a new team member to help provide our customers with excellent service and shape the company's future. This IS NOT a remote position.

This is a full-time position. Workdays will be in our New Port Richey location, at the corner of Ridge Rd. and Decubellis Rd. Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Fridays. No nights, weekends or after hours required.

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:


At least one year of prior customer service experience required.


440 Insurance license is required (weekend course), 20-44 and 2-20 also accepted


Strong communication skills, in both email and verbally


Must be tech savvy & coachable


Strong attention to detail


Excellent analytical skills


Basic data entry and typing skills


Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:


Focus on the servicing and retention of our existing auto and homeowners' insurance clients


Support the efforts of your team members


Process payments and endorsements on policies


Complete insurance reviews


Maintain customer files


Handle inbound phone inquiries and make outbound calls to complete tasks.
