The Details:

Full-Time (30-40 hrs/week)

• Flexible schedules between 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
  
• Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours/day-more hours available if desired
  
• Multiple age group classrooms available - let us know your preference!

What You’ll Bring:

• EEC Teacher certification (or ability to meet EEC requirements)
  
• Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices
  
• Experience working with children and families
  
• Leadership, patience, and a love for helping kids grow
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy classroom
  
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
  
• A team spirit and willingness to learn every day
  
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
  

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Keeping children safe, engaged, and thriving
  
• Meeting all MA EEC regulations with confidence
  
• Documenting observations and contributing to classroom planning
  
• Building lasting relationships with families
  
• Using our communication app or email to update parents
  
• Reporting and documenting any concerns or incidents professionally
  
• Opening or closing the center as part of the team
  
• Leading fun, enriching daily programs based on our curriculum

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
