Job Qualifications:* Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and ten or more years of professional classified security experience in a corporate or government environment. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • Experience with DOD processes and procedures or an equivalent regulatory environment and/or military training is a plus.
  • Must be a US Citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance as well as SAP and SCI accesses as required.
  • Able to work extended hours and travel as required. May represent the company as the prime contact on external project(s).
  • Must have experience with DOD processes and procedures or an equivalent regulatory environment and/or military training. Must have a comprehensive understanding of the NISP, and 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule and a complete and thorough knowledge of established policies, procedures, and practices for safeguarding National Security Information.
  • Must possess the ability to identify issues and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems of diverse scope. Strong communication, analytical, computer, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must be able to effectively interface, influence, and counsel employees, managers, and external contacts; analyze and interpret data; initiate and plan projects; produce appropriate clear, concise, and detailed documentation; and present results to a variety of audiences.
  • Must be able to work independently and on a team and represent the company as the prime contact on external projects.
  • Must have completed the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities IS030.CU required.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage internal and external record management systems (i.e., DISS/ NISS, NCCS, ACCS, SIMS)
  • Able to work extended hours and travel as required 10%.
  • Experience in Industrial COMSEC Account management and operation of common COMSEC devices preferred.
  • Experience as a CPSO or CSSO in a corporate or government environment is preferred.
