Responsibilities:
- Retain thorough knowledge about the Stock Hill brand, and be the concierge liaison for all of our guests.
- Must be articulate, charismatic, confident, friendly, gracious, personable, and respectful.
- Must have the ability and desire to exceed all guest expectations.
- Duties include but will not be limited to: answering phones, greeting guests, assigning tables, showing guests to their tables, providing menus, ensuring overall cleanliness of the front lobby.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent memory and ability to multitask.
- Outgoing personality with clear and friendly communication skills.
- Ability to take direction.
- Physical requirements: standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting and bending.
