Front Desk Supervisor at Bay Village of Sarasota!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise front desk operations and staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Greet visitors, residents, and staff with a welcoming attitude and help maintain a positive environment.
  • Handle essential duties such as scheduling, communication, emergency coordination, and more!
  • Ensure top-notch customer service, safety, and confidentiality at all times.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus!
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and ability to connect with people of all ages.
  • Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
